These terms are the agreement between you and TrueBeliever for use of the TrueBeliever mobile app and this website. Installing or using the app means you accept them. We have kept them as plain as we can.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
An account is required so your profiles, prayers and saved verses can be restored if you change device. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@truebeliever.app if you think someone else has access.
TrueBeliever Premium is offered weekly, monthly or annually at the prices shown in the app at the time you subscribe. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to its payment terms; we never see your card details.
Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel first.
Protection, Worship Mode and Worship Profiles need permission to see which app is in the foreground and to display TrueBeliever over it. We use those permissions only to show the pause and to run the schedules you set. You can withdraw them in system settings at any time; protection then stops working, and the rest of the app continues.
TrueBeliever is a companion for attention and devotion. It is not a parental-control or security product, and it cannot guarantee that an app will always be paused — operating-system updates, battery optimisation and device settings can interrupt it. It is not pastoral, medical or mental-health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
Prayers you write, notes, highlights and reflections belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you across your devices. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them to train models.
The app, its design, guided prayers and reading plans are ours or our licensors’. You may use them personally and share individual verse cards; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the content in bulk. Bible translations are used under licence from their publishers and remain their property.
Please do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer or resell the service, use it to harass anyone, or use it on someone else’s device without their knowledge.
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using TrueBeliever and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why where we can.
If we make a material change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use TrueBeliever after that means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms: support@truebeliever.app, or through the contact page.
